About the Recipe
Ingredients
1c quick oats
1/2 c rolled oats
1/4 c coconut shreds
2 tbsp. beet powder
1 tbsp. cocoa nibs
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup oat milk
1tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
in a large ow mix all of the dry ingredients together ( oats, coconut shreds, beet powder, chia seeds, nibs, cinnamon, and salt) and stir to combine
in a medium bowl mix all of the wet ingredients ( coconut and oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla), stir to combine
pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to combine and ensure no dry patches
Carefully scoop into 3-4 mason jars ( or other containers you can easily grab-n-go)
place lids on top and put into the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours
Place sliced banana and raspberries on the top before enjoying!
