Gluten-free, Dairy-free and Vegan

1 3/4 c water

1/4 c psyllium husk 

1/8 c ground flax

1 tbsp sourdough starter 

2 cups sorghum flour

1 cup tapioca flour

1/2 tsp salt


  • in a small bowl add the water, psyllium husk, flax, and starter.

  • gently stir to combine and set aside for 15 minutes to gel up 

  • in a large bowl add the flours and the salt, whist well to combine and ensure there are no clumps
